In the past 15 months I had the unique opportunity to travel to four different cities all across the world to organize game jams with local people. Art Games is a project organized by the Goethe-Institute. For this project the Goethe-Institute partnered with my company Maschinen-Mensch because of our game development and game jam experience. The whole project is including 8 locations, but Riad and I split the traveling between us.
I exhibited our game at the Casual Connect in Berlin, where I got annoyed and wrote a couple of angry tweets. After some time had passed I wanted to get a bit more concrete. You can read it here on Medium.
A friend of mine received €75.000 funding for developing a VR game about a romantic giant tentacle monster. The prototype was created during a Game Jam I organized, so I felt inclined to write a few things about that. You can read it here on Medium.
I wrote about my experience of organizing a political gamejam in here on Medium.at the Centro de Cultura Digital with the Goethe-Institute. You can read it
